Where is Ringside Fest?
Ringside Fest is at Carolines on Broadway in Times Square in New York City, New York. That address is 1626 Broadway (between 49th Street & 50th Street).
Is there an admission fee?
You must purchase an autograph, photo, combo, or VIP ticket to enter the venue. There is no additional general admission fee on top of your autograph or photo ticket. It is strongly recommended that you purchase your tickets in advance as to avoid a sellout. Ticket prices are higher the day of the event and popular Superstars do sellout in advance. Tickets sold out in just a few weeks last year.
Why do I have to pay a fee to take a picture with each wrestler with my own camera?
Due to the high costs of each performer and having a limited amount of time, we have to sell autographs and photo opportunities to cover the costs of each scheduled talent. For example, if everyone wanted to take a picture with each talent, time is being wasted for more autograph sales to be made. This is not unusual for an event of this magnitude. The promoter reserves the right to charge in any way he sees fit since he is the one paying for the event. You cannot take a picture with a Superstar unless you purchase a Photo Combo ticket.
May an adult accompany a child?
A single adult may accompany a single child 16 or younger who has a ticket for no additional fee. Any additional children must have their own paid tickets.
How many people can come up to the table or enter the venue with the purchase of 1 ticket?
One person may enter the venue with a single ticket. If you have a combo or package ticket and would like an additional person to accompany you, they need at minimum a single autograph ticket. You may purchase additional single autograph tickets at a discounted price on the website purchase page for all Combos and Package Deals.
If you are an adult accompanying a single child 16 or younger who has a ticket, you may enter at no additional fee. We cannot allow large parties to enter the venue just because 1 person purchased 1 ticket. The reason being, time is very limited.
How many people can appear in or with a Superstar in a photo op?
Maximum of (2) people per photo op. Second person must have their own ticket. If you want more than (2) people in a photo, you must purchase additional tickets that have a photo op included such as a combo ticket for that superstar.
Will I have to wait in line?
Yes, just like at every other autograph signing with talent of this magnitude, you can expect to wait in line. Please keep in mind you may have to wait in line outside of the venue so please dress appropriately in case there is inclimate weather.

Can I leave and re-enter the venue?
If you have a ticket for a later session that hasn’t happened yet, you may re-enter the venue. For example, if you attend the morning session with Undisputed Era, you may leave the venue to get lunch or explore Times Square and then return later for the afternoon session with Matt Hardy & Kurt Angle.
Will food be sold at the event?
Food will not be sold at the event. There are many dining options available in the Times Square area.
How long does it take to ship a ticket?
Tickets will ship around 1 to 2 weeks prior to the event. If a sale is made closer to the event the tickets may be held at will call.
Is signature required to receive the shipment of tickets?
No. Only on VIP tickets or very high value orders would require a signature on the shipment. Signature verification can be requested for an extra fee or pick up at will call can also be requested.
Which mailing company do you use to ship the tickets?
Tickets will be shipped with either the United States Postal Service or FedEx.
If the shipment is misplaced/lost/stolen, should I contact you?
Yes please contact us if you did not receive it by a couple of days before the event.
Will there be merchandise available for purchase?
Yes, there will be merchandise available from Ringside Collectibles for sale at the event featuring the latest Mattel WWE figures!
Can more than 1 item be autographed?
There is a fee for each item signed. Please make sure to purchase your autograph tickets in advance to avoid a sellout. You must have an autograph ticket for each autograph you want to get.
Can I return or exchange my ticket?
There are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. Please treat tickets like cash, we cannot replace lost or stolen tickets.
Can I bring a video, audio, or any recording device into the venue?
Recording devices are strictly prohibited from the venue.

What method of payment is accepted?
All major credit cards and PayPal are accepted methods of payment for advance ticket ordering. Cash is the only accepted method of payment the day of the event at the venue and for merchandise at the event.
How far is the venue from Penn Station, Grand Central Station, or the Port Authority?
The venue is only 5-10 minutes from each of these locations. You may walk, take a subway, or take a taxi depending on your preference. Please click the Directions link on the left for detailed directions.

Unfortunately we do not offer mail order autographs at this time. This is a public signing event only.
